"Im usually nervous about motorcycle shops cause Im a fairly new rider and FEMALE (so I'm usually treated like I'm not capable of understanding, learning or RIDING anything with a motor) and until I can learn everything I need to know about my motorcycle, I depend on the staff to know what their doing - especially in the service/parts department. In my experiences in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana...usually all about the same...2 week (or longer) turnaround on all services provided to my bike and anything special ordered usually 2-3 weeks wait time. Well...NOT at Capitol Cycle. I was impressed from the moment I walked in the door! Staff very attentive and willing to answer any questions. Anything I've ordered comes within a week or less. JC always in a good mood and right on top of things in the sales department. Roy was my first impression on the phone and he was super professional and extremely experienced and explained exactly what I needed to do to get my bike serviced, in a way that I could completely understand. Once I arrived, Bruce got all my information and went over the problems I had with my bike and gave me step-by-step information of what they were going to do to my bike and why. I was never made to feel ignorant or inferior - VERY REFRESHING!! Roy checked in with me after their initial review and explained all the cost involved and made sure all my questions were answered before proceeding with the work. Less than 48 hours later and my bike was DONE! I almost fainted at work when I got that call. When I went to pick up the bike, Roy greeted me by name and Bruce brought my bike out went over the improvements and made sure I was satisfied, especially with the tires that I asked him to recommend for me...everything was done to perfection! No stress no worries...now thats how a business should be done! As long as Im living in Georgia, I will never go to another shop. "

"Boulevard C50T The Bike rides,sounds and looks great and has plenty of power. Capital Cycle also had two of the best working with me to buy the bike Rose and Matt and the service dept was also great as they had to stay late to get the bike serviced so I could leave with it. I have already put 150 miles on the bike. So I will see yall soon at 600 miles to have it serviced and I hope you do this service on Saturday thaks for the great care Thomas"
